12in Silver Confetti Clear Balloons
They come in a Pk of 6  and ready for you to fill with the confetti supplied.
Please note these balloons come flat in there packets. 
They can be filled with Helium or Air.
If filled with Helium then we recommend that you do this on the day of the party, as the float time is only aprox 6-8 hours.
Just rub the balloon to get the confetti to stick to the sides. If you are filling with helium, we recomnd that you mix with a little air as well.
