We hope you’ll love your product, but if you do want to return or exchange it for any reason, you can. As long as we receive it within 15 days from the date of delivery, and it remains in a re-sellable condition, we’ll give you a refund or allow you to exchange the product for something else.

Need to return a product? No problem. Just follow the simple steps below!

  • If your return contains helium, call us for Bishops Stortford Store 01279 503603 or Saffron Walden Store 01799 524255 so we can discuss how to return this item (please note, we only accept helium returns in certain circumstances)

  • All items must be returned in there original packaging

  • We aim to review all returns within 14 days of receiving the parcel

  • Please note, returns are charged at £2.50, this will be deducted from any refund processed. If your order was delivered late, you won't be charged for your return

  • Our returns period is 15 days, unfortunately, we can't accept returns after this time

  • Please note we will not refund your original shipping charges, unless your return reason is due to a late delivery

Please keep hold of your proof of postage in case anything happens to your parcel on its way back to us

Damaged or faulty orders

If you are returning products that are either faulty or damaged, 
we ask that you send us an email at with your order number & a photo as proof of damage. 

We will then confirm how to arrange for a refund to be processed or product replaced.
