They come air filled with a base of balloons underneath.
With the increase of helium this gives a much more affordable price.
If you want different colours from the image shown, there is a section to write what colours you would like.
Stand them on the floor or on a table and come on a choice of colours for the balloon base.
Perfect for photos, as they do not keep turning like helium ones, so a 5 stays a 5 and does not become a S!
They will last much longer than the helium filled numbers. So really are value for mon
